The Genolution Nextractor® NX-48S is a fully automated, magnetic-bead extraction platform for isolating DNA and RNA from a range of sample types. It can process up to 48 samples in one run, reducing manual extraction steps while supporting pre-filled reagent formats for different batch sizes.
The NX-48S uses pre-filled formats for single-sample, 8-sample and 24-sample workflows. Published specifications list 200–400 µL sample input, 50–150 µL elution volume and approximately 15–25 minutes for a 48-sample run. Pre-programmed and user-defined protocols are operated through a 7-inch touchscreen.
