The Genolution Nextractor® NX-Jr is a compact, automated magnetic-bead nucleic acid extraction system for laboratories with lower-volume or variable sample demand. It processes one to eight samples per run using individual pre-filled cartridges, allowing the laboratory to load only the number of cartridges needed for a batch.
The system supports 200–800 µL sample input and an adjustable 50–150 µL elution volume. Depending on the sample type and protocol, extraction is completed in approximately 15–30 minutes. A 4-inch LCD touchscreen provides access to pre-programmed and customizable protocols.

Prepare the Cartridge
Select the validated kit and protocol, remove the cartridge seal and add the prepared specimen to the designated compartment.
Load One to Eight Samples
Insert only the number of individual cartridges needed for the run and secure the cartridge adapter in the instrument.
Run and Collect
Start the selected protocol and collect the purified nucleic acid for the validated downstream workflow.
