The Tosoh AIA-2000 Automated Immunoassay Analyzer is a fully automated, continuous random-access fluorometric enzyme immunoassay system designed for high-volume clinical laboratory workflows. The analyzer processes up to 200 tests per hour and delivers the first result in approximately 18 minutes, depending on the assay.
The AIA-2000 uses Tosoh AIA-PACK® unit-dose test cups and can hold up to 48 reagent trays, equivalent to 960 tests. A 200-specimen sample loader, 576 disposable tips, dual sampling arms, three incubators and continuous loading support extended operation while tests are in progress.

Designed for Continuous High-Volume Workflow
1. Load Assays
Place the required AIA-PACK test-cup trays in the hybrid sorter. Barcodes support assay identification and inventory management.
2. Load Specimens
Load up to 20 sample racks, with supported primary tubes or dedicated sample cups selected according to current instructions.
3. Process Continuously
The analyzer performs assay-specific sampling, pretreatment, dilution, incubation, washing and fluorescence measurement.
4. Review and Transmit
Review results and quality-control data, then transmit through the laboratory’s validated analyzer and LIS configuration.
