Product Overview

The Omega Bio-tek MB Fit24™ Blood & Tissue DNA Kit provides prefilled magnetic-bead reagents for genomic DNA purification from supported blood, saliva, swab, cultured-cell and fresh or frozen tissue samples. It is designed for use with the MagBinder® Fit24 Nucleic Acid Purification System, processing from one to 24 samples per run.

Samples are lysed offline and transferred to ready-to-use reagent cartridges. The MagBinder Fit24 then automates the magnetic-bead binding, wash and elution steps using the appropriate preprogrammed protocol. The workflow eliminates routine reagent dispensing and provides a fixed 100 µL elution volume.
