The Omega Bio-tek MB Fit24™ cfDNA Kit is a prefilled magnetic-bead workflow for isolating circulating cell-free DNA from up to 4 mL of plasma or serum on the MagBinder® Fit24 Nucleic Acid Purification System. The kit supports one to 24 samples and provides a 50–100 µL elution range.
Reagents are supplied in instrument-ready cartridges, reducing reagent preparation and buffer dispensing. Samples are lysed offline, transferred to the cartridge and processed using the preprogrammed Fit24 protocol. The binding system is designed to recover smaller DNA fragments in the 150–400 bp range while reducing the recovery of larger genomic DNA fragments.
