Product Overview
The Analytik Jena qTOWER³ auto Series brings real-time PCR into automated laboratory workflows. Its freely accessible sample tray, motorized drawer and plate lifter, labware detection and separate power module are designed to support integration with compatible plate handlers and liquid-handling systems.
The series includes the 96-well qTOWER³ auto and the higher-throughput 384-well qTOWER³ 84 auto. Both systems combine precise thermal control with fiber-optic fluorescence detection, a six-second plate readout and configurable optical modules for multiplex qPCR applications.
The instrument can be controlled with qPCRsoft auto or integrated into a compatible automation environment through supported software interfaces. The robotic arm, plate handler, liquid handler, sealer, computer, integration engineering, validation services and optional software modules are separate unless specifically included in the Jant Pharmacal quotation. This product is presented for research use and is not presented as an in vitro diagnostic system.

Designed for Automated qPCR Workflows
1. Load
A compatible robotic arm or plate-transport system positions a 96- or 384-well microplate on the accessible sample tray.
2. Verify and Run
Labware detection monitors plate loading before automated thermal cycling and fluorescence acquisition proceed.
3. Release
After the run, the motorized plate lifter releases the microplate from the block for compatible automated unloading.
A complete automation workflow requires compatible hardware, software communication, gripper and plate-clearance evaluation, error handling and site-specific integration testing. Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase.
