Product Description
The OPTIGEN AP3600 Allergy Diagnostic System is A front-line solution for multiplex allergen-specific IgE testing in High-Volume Moderately Complex Laboratories. The system is fully automated and requires only the initial setup performed by the laboratory technician: prepare the patient samples, load the samples into the AP3600 Allergy Diagnostic System, and load the required OPTIGEN pettes. Each pette contains up to 36 different allergens which are tested simultaneously. The entire process takes less than six hours. Manufactured by Minaris Medical.
The AP3600™ Automated Instrument is a fully automated system that works with OPTIGEN® to offer the following benefits:
HIGH THROUGHPUT AUTOMATION
- Fully automates the OPTIGEN® assay from sample tube to result
- Process 50 panels per run (36 allergens per panel)
- Process up to 100 panels per day (3,600 test results)
- 100 patient samples, 3,600 allergen tests require only the size of a shoe box, one single part number and one expiration date
EASE OF OPERATION
- Automatically calculates reagent volume requirements
- Operator checklist for all loaded components verified by the instrument prior to run
