Multiplex qPCR Detection Kit: Vector-Borne Transmission are designed for the diagnosis of infectious diseases caused by different pathogens in human samples. This product range is based on 5’ nuclease chemistry. This technology utilizes two primers and a hydrolysis probe and exploits the exonuclease activity of Taq DNA polymerase.

During the amplification, the increase in the fluorescent signal is proportional to the quantity of target sequence present in the sample and could be measured on a wide range of Real Time PCR platforms. VIASURE® Real Time PCR Detection Reagents contain all the necessary components in each well for Real Time PCR assay in a stabilized format, which allows the shipment at room temperature. Multiplex reagents provide maximum flexibility and compatibility with leading open system thermal cyclers.

VIASURE Multiplex Vector-Borne Transmission Real Time PCR Detection Kit (For Research Use Only)

VIASURE Zika, Dengue & Chikungunya Real Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for specific detection and differentiation of Zika, Dengue and/or Chikungunya viruses in clinical samples from patients with signs and symptoms of Zika, Dengue and/or Chikungunya viruses infection.

This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of the Zika, Dengue and/or Chikungunya viruses in combination with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.

RNA is extracted from specimens, amplified using RT-PCR and detected using fluorescent reporter dye probes specific for Zika and Dengue and Chikungunya viruses.

VIASURE Dengue Serotyping Real Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for specific identification of Dengue virus serotypes (DEN-1 to -4) in clinical samples from patients with signs and symptoms of Dengue virus infection.

This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis and serotyping of the Dengue virus in combination with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.

RNA is extracted from specimens, amplified using RT-PCR and detected using fluorescent reporter dye probes specific for each Dengue virus serotype (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3 and/or DEN-4).

VIASURE Tick Borne Diseases Real Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the specific identification and differentiation of viral RNA or genomic DNA specific for Tick Borne Encephalitis Virus (TBEV), Rickettsia spp., Babesia microti, Babesia divergens, Ehrlichia chafeensis, Ehrlichia muris, Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (s.l.), Borrelia miyamotoi and/or Borrelia hermsii, Anaplasma phagocitophylum and/or Coxiella burnetii in blood, serum, tissue samples and microbiological culture from ticks, biopsy skin, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and synovial fluid from patients with signs and symptoms of Tick Borne diseases.

This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of Tick Borne diseases in combination with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.

RNA/DNA is extracted from clinical specimens, multiplied using Real Time amplification and detected using fluorescent reporter dye probes specific TBEV, Rickettsia spp., Babesia microti, Babesia divergens, Ehrlichia chafeensis, Ehrlichia muris, Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., Anaplasma phagocitophylum and Coxiella burnetii.

DNA is extracted from clinical specimens, multiplied using Real Time amplification and detected using fluorescent reporter dye probes specific Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., Borrelia miyamotoi and Borrelia hermsii, Anaplasma phagocitophylum and Coxiella burnetii.

VIASURE Malaria differentiation Real Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for the specific detection and differentiation of DNA of Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale, Plasmodium malariae and/or Plasmodium knowlesi in whole blood samples from patients with signs and symptoms of malaria infection.

This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of these five Plasmodium species responsible for malaria in combination with clinical and epidemiological risk factors. DNA is extracted from specimens, multiplied using Real Time amplification and detected using specific primers and a fluorescent reporter dye probe for P. falciparum, P. vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae and P. knowlesi.
