Standard RT-PCR Setup
Final setup should follow the current product documentation and
instrument-specific requirements.
Prepare the Reaction
Prepare the included MasterMix according to the applicable panel instructions
and selected configuration.
Add Template
Add the appropriate nucleic-acid template according to the current research
workflow and product instructions.
Seal & Prepare
Seal the selected reaction vessel, mix as required and prepare it
for amplification.
Run RT-PCR
Run the appropriate cycling protocol on a compatible real-time PCR instrument.
