Accutest Custom Pre-Plated Sexual Health RT-PCR Panels allow research laboratories to select targets from the available STI assay menu and build a panel around their specific molecular research workflow.
Primers and probes are pre-spotted in each well, and MasterMix is included in the current custom-panel configuration. Panels are available in 96-well and 384-well formats with clear or white plate options.

Can I select the Sexual Health targets included on my custom panel?
Yes. Jant Pharmacal can configure the panel according to the selected assays. Compatible targets from other application categories may also be combined when they use the same chemistry and cycling parameters.
How many target entries are currently listed?
The current Custom Sexual Health menu lists 11 target entries. Final target selection is based on the laboratory's requested configuration.
Can Sexual Health and Antibiotic Resistance targets be combined?
Yes. Compatible assays can be placed on the same custom plate and run simultaneously when the chemistry and cycling parameters are compatible.
Which plate formats are available?
Custom panels are available in both 96-well and 384-well formats with clear or white plate options.
Are the primers and probes already on the plate?

384-well configurations typically use a 10 µL reaction volume. 96-well configurations typically use 20 µL reactions, although certain 96-well configurations may support 10 µL reactions.
How are custom panels shipped and stored?
Custom pre-plated panels are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –15°C to –25°C in a constant-temperature, non-frost-free freezer.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 reactions when using a 20 µL reaction volume and 100 reactions when using a 10 µL reaction volume.
How long does production typically take?
Typical production time is approximately one week.
Are these panels intended for diagnostic use?
