Accutest Custom Pre-Plated Antibiotic Resistance RT-PCR Panels allow research laboratories to select antimicrobial-resistance targets according to their specific testing workflow. Primers and probes are pre-spotted in each well, with MasterMix included in the current custom-panel configuration.
Panels are available in 96-well and 384-well formats with clear or white plate options. Jant Pharmacal can configure the selected assays for compatible real-time PCR systems and review instrument, fluorescence-channel and reaction-volume requirements with your laboratory.

Custom pre-plated panels are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –15°C to –25°C in a constant-temperature, non-frost-free freezer.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 reactions when using a 20 µL reaction volume and 100 reactions when using a 10 µL reaction volume.
How long does production typically take?
Typical production time is approximately one week.
