RT-PCR Accutest STI Custom Panels

Description:

Accutest Customizable STI targets cover an extensive collection of pathogens detected in most sexually transmitted infections. The user-defined panels are multiplexed with internal controls included. A robust in silico design evaluation is done in order to avoid oligo interaction in multiplex targets.

Customization:

Jant Pharmacal can customize your panels according to your target selection and pre-plate to be compatible with your analyzer. Available in 96-well and 384-well plate formats. Multiplexed oligos and controls can also be supplied in tube format.

Accutest RT-PCR panels are compatible with most RT-PCR analyzers currently in use, including QuantStudio, CFX, qTower and LightCycler

The STI Custom panels can be combined with Antibiotic Resistance targets and run simultaneously.
