An internal control (Rnase P/RPP30) is incorporated in every reaction to verify nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and detection, ensuring consistent performance.

The panel is available in two formats: pre-spotted 384-well plates for high-throughput applications and tubes containing reagents for 100 reactions. This dual configuration provides flexibility for laboratories to select the workflow best aligned with their throughput and automation requirements.
